We are a small family owned Real Estate Investment/Property Management company located in Santa Monica. Looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The right candidate will be able to wear a lot of hats: tasks include Quickbooks accounting, managing the marketing of our rental units, preparing 1099’s, ordering office supplies, daily bank deposits, filing, answering phones, and more. We provide a great learning environment with diverse challenges. This position requires someone who is good at multi-tasking, has a spreadsheet mentality, and has some sort of accounting experience or coursework. This is a part-time position, perfect for a college student!
