Welcome to the Forage Academy Customer Service Simulation. We’re so excited to have you here!

This program introduces you to the fast-paced, people-focused world of customer service in the financial services industry. Whether you’re helping someone access their account or guiding them through important decisions, exceptional service starts with empathy, clear communication, and resourceful problem-solving.

In this simulation, you’ll step into the role of a Customer Service Representative and complete tasks modeled on real client interactions. You’ll learn how to:

Actively listen and build strong client relationships

Deliver excellent customer service in a variety of scenarios
