Complete due diligence, draft transaction documentation, and prepare for a closing with our real estate team.

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is an international law firm with 25 offices worldwide, purposely structured in a way few other law firms are – as a fully integrated international team that provides clients with clear, connected legal advice, wherever and whenever they need it.

As a leader in the legal industry, our ability to provide our clients with the highest level of service is wholly dependent on our ability to attract and develop people who will carry on the firm’s tradition of excellence. We have developed the Real Estate Law Job Simulation so that you are set up for success when applying to BCLP or elsewhere.

In this program, the tasks we have created will walk you through responding to diligence requests, drafting transaction documentation, preparing for a closing, and advising on green lease clauses.
