Education: Associates degree and two (2) years of relevant experience or five (5) years of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Possess the required security clearance. A valid driver license, without restrictions. Manage/oversee/support the IT staff and associated technical projects. Perform Army RMF security assessments for Standalone Information Systems and Closed Restricted Networks. Enforces Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements. Obtains and maintains access to eMASS and performs all required RMF functions in eMASS. Experience working with system/network vulnerability scanning tools. Proficient troubleshooting skills. Technically proficient in providing high level technical support for Windows operating systems. Vast knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Adobe operations. ITIL V3 Foundation certified within six (6) months. Must be IAT II certified (CompTIA Security+ and successfully complete Windows based training provided by Skillport) within six (6) months of hire. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Deploys upgrades, patches and general security measures to secure and / or mitigate threats. Executes Cybersecurity tasks and projects. Develops Cybersecurity reports in response to queries. Reviews system configurations to ensure compliance with security requirements and complies with established standards.
Duties: The Cyber Security Lead researches, develops, implements, tests, and reviews information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access; informs users about security measures, explains potential threats, implements security measures, and monitors networks. Must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues; should have excellent communications, teamwork, leadership, and conflict management skills; should possess eMASS experience and be Security+ certified. Understand Government and company security requirements; responsible for obtaining security clearances, controlling identification cards and records, and maintaining lock and key records; verifies security questionnaires data, accurate security access level granted to individuals and contact Government agencies or other companies to follow up clearance or visit authorization requests, and arranges visit authorizations for employees and non-employees to gain access to restricted area.
