Position Overview
The Educational Content & Digital Products Intern will work directly with the Founder & CEO to transform business knowledge into engaging educational resources and digital products. This is not a traditional internship focused on administrative work. We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing information, simplifying complex topics, and developing educational content that teaches, inspires, and provides value to entrepreneurs. You’ll help create digital products such as eBooks, workbooks, planners, templates, checklists, online course materials, presentations, and educational resources that support business owners at every stage of their journey. We’re looking for someone who is creative, highly organized, and confident using AI tools and design software to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Content Development
- Collaborate with the Founder & CEO to develop educational resources for entrepreneurs.
- Research business, accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and entrepreneurship topics.
- Organize complex information into clear, engaging educational content.
- Assist with writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting educational materials.
Digital Product Development
Help create digital resources including:
- eBooks
- Workbooks
- Budget Planners
- Business Planners
- Tax Organizers
- Startup Guides
- Business Credit Guides
- Checklists
- Templates
- Worksheets
- Toolkits
- Resource Libraries
- Printable Downloads
Online Course Development
Assist with developing online educational programs by helping create:
- Course outlines
- Lesson plans
- Presentation slides
- Student workbooks
- Instructor guides
- Worksheets
- Quizzes and activities
- Downloadable resources
AI-Assisted Content Creation
Use AI tools to improve productivity and support content development by:
- Researching topics
- Expanding written ideas
- Organizing information
- Drafting educational materials

- Improving workflows

Canva & Design
Design professional educational materials using Canva, including:

Help identify and develop new educational products based on entrepreneur needs.

Administrative Support
- Organize digital files and content libraries.
- Maintain project timelines.
- Assist with quality assurance and product updates.
- Support product launches and special projects.
