About Axia Growth

Axia Growth builds proprietary deal flow for M&A professionals – business brokers, search fund operators, and investment bankers. We source, qualify, and book meetings with business owners on a pay-per-meeting model. Our clients pay for results, and so do we.

The Role

This is a warm lead role. You won’t be doing cold outreach from scratch. You’ll be working inbound interest from our existing campaigns – confirming appointments, following up with no-shows, and making sure qualified meetings actually happen.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

– Call warm leads the day before their scheduled appointment to confirm attendance

– Follow up with no-shows to reschedule

– Handle inbound responses from our outreach campaigns

– Book qualified appointments onto client calendars

Expected workload is 4 hours per day, making this a strong fit for students who want meaningful work experience without a full-time commitment.

Compensation

Base pay is $17.50/hour. Interns are also eligible for a monthly bonus program — details provided upon hire.

What We’re Looking For

– Available June through mid-August 2026

– Based in the US

– Genuine interest in M&A, business brokerage, or entrepreneurship – not just looking for a resume line

– High agency: you can operate independently and get things done without constant direction

– Comfortable on the phone and willing to be persistent

– Able to work remotely in an async environment

No prior sales experience required. What matters is your attitude and your willingness to bet on yourself.

Why This Role

If you’re interested in M&A or deal sourcing, this is a hands-on look at how a fast-growing firm actually generates pipeline. You’ll work directly under our head of appointment setting and get real exposure to how the outbound side of M&A operates, something most internships won’t give you.
