Join Epsteen & Associates, the leading retail real estate company in Southern California as a Real Estate Trainee. If you are unfamiliar with E&A, we have represented the best national and regional retailers and landlords since 1965 and are the founder member of Chainlinks the country’s largest retail only real estate group. Our trainees enter a 18-24 program reporting to a senior agent, that eventually leads to a commission-based profession. The first year is spent taking a deep dive into the Southern California territory where you will drive the territory 3 times to learn key intersections, study the demographics and psychographics of each neighborhood. The second year of the program focuses on the development of negotiation skills, understanding letters of intent and effective client servicing. The goal of this intensive program is that a trainee upon completion will have the skill set and knowledge to effectively represent E&A clients in Southern California along with a developing a group of clients to work on a going forward basis while earning commissions.
Ideal candidates will have either taken or be in the process of taking their California Real Estate License exam, understand that supporting data is key to effective client support and be willing to learn Real Estate specific programs and demonstrate and ability to work well with clients and colleagues. During the training period the trainees will be paid reimbursement for travel expenses and an hourly salary based on $15.50 per hour plus approved overtime along with insurance. Upon completion of the training program will become agents within the company and independent contractors.
