What You’ll Do
As an Event Manager, you’ll be a leader in the field—responsible for making sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a crew of 2–10 team members
- Overseeing setup, operation, and teardown of event equipment
- Communicating with clients on-site to meet and exceed expectations
- Ensuring events are safe, organized, and fun
- Troubleshooting and solving issues as they arise
- Representing Game Craze professionally at every event
This is a semi-autonomous role—you’ll be trusted to take ownership and make decisions in the field.
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, physically active job. You must be:
- Able to lift, push, and pull equipment during setup and teardown
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- On your feet and moving throughout the event day
If this level of physical activity isn’t a good fit, we are also hiring Event Crew positions.
Driving Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a box truck or 16’ enclosed trailer (training provided)
- Previous event experience is required for this role

Schedule & Job Details
- Part-time / Contract
- Flexible scheduling (perfect for students)
- Weekends required (March–November)
- Shifts may include:
- 4, 8, or 10-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and holiday shifts
