Work related to income tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, business management, and more, for individuals and businesses. Work may include entering information or organizing information for entry into tax software, talking with or video conferencing with clients to set up appointments or to gather information or to process payroll. We use Lacerte, QuickBooks, and CFS as well as other software, such as Word and Excel. Of course, we will provide training. We are looking for a caring and eager accountant who either is or would like to become a CPA or enrolled agent or would like to have those skills.

We represent our clients in the areas of estate planning, tax and accounting. The job opening is for the tax and accounting area. On the law office side, we handle estate planning issues including preparing complete estate plans, assistance with trust and estate administration, representing clients in court for proceedings such as probates, conservatorships, guardianships, and litigation. On the accounting side, we assist our clients with income tax preparation, tax planning, business management, bookkeeping, payroll, and more, for individuals and businesses. Recently, the tax and accounting part of our office has grown significantly such that we are looking for a caring and eager accountant to help us to take care of our clients in the tax and accounting area.
