We’re seeking a dedicated Studio Concierge to join our team and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to personalized attention and tranquility. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth.
About the Role
As our Studio Concierge, you’ll be the embodiment of our high-touch service philosophy. You’ll assist in managing the flow of our studio with grace and efficiency, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service: Delivering warm greetings, handling inquiries with attentiveness, and anticipating client needs with a proactive approach.
Maintaining a seamless studio experience: Assist in managing schedules, bookings, and studio operations with meticulous organization and focus.
Supporting a thriving studio culture: Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth operation and fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues.
Capturing the Studio Vibe: With a keen eye for detail, you’ll identify and capture captivating photos and short videos that showcase the beauty, tranquility, and unique personality of our studio for social media purposes.
Assist in Managing Social Media Accounts: Keeping our Social Media presence up to date and engaging our prospects and community with current content.
Assist in Managing Marketing Initiatives: Creating marketing emails in Mail Chimp that engage our community with updates and offers.

The Essentials
Computer savvy and comfortable learning software systems such as Mindbody Online, Mail Chimp, Canva, Trello. Photoshop and AI tools are a plus.
Experience using spreadsheets and word documents (Microsoft Office or Google Suite)
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, FaceBook and TikTok.
Hours of work: 8am – 11:30am, M – F, approximately 18 hours/week
Payroll is biweekly via Direct Deposit
Hourly wage starting at $15 – 18/hour with future opportunities for growth
Start Date: When available, no later than September 1, 2025
