Integra Software Services is recruiting students, recent graduates, alumni, and early-career professionals to support assessment validation for a technology-based learning and skills assessment platform.
Participants will complete a technology skills assessment independently and then complete a brief follow-up survey. The purpose is to gather realistic performance data and feedback from individuals with relevant academic, training, certification, internship, project, or professional experience in the skill area being assessed.
We are primarily seeking early practitioners and practitioners in one or more of the following subject areas:
- AI
- Data Science
- Cloud
- Software Development
- IT Operations
- Cybersecurity / Security
- Business Technology
Experience Levels
Early Practitioners:
Students close to graduation, recent graduates, individuals currently training in a technical area, or individuals who have recently completed or are preparing for a certification.
Practitioners:
Individuals who have some experience in the relevant skill area, including internships, entry-level roles, project work, research, coursework, freelance work, or professional experience.
A limited number of expert practitioners may also be considered for select assessments.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should have relevant qualifications or experience in at least one of the subject areas listed above. This may include coursework, certifications, internships, research, project work, freelance work, professional experience, or hands-on technical training.
Candidates must be able to complete the assessment independently, without AI tools, search engines, notes, documentation, outside resources, or assistance from other individuals. Using outside assistance changes the validity of the data being collected.
Candidates must also be available to complete the assigned assessment and follow-up survey within a one-week window.
Expected Responsibilities
Participants will be expected to:
- Complete the assigned technology skills assessment independently and in one sitting
- Work at a natural pace under normal assessment conditions
- Complete the required follow-up survey after the assessment
- Provide honest feedback about the assessment experience
- Submit requested completion information, including proof of completion if required
- Communicate availability and complete the work within the assigned timeline
Participants are not expected to achieve a perfect score. The goal is to capture realistic performance from qualified individuals working under normal conditions. Honest responses and thoughtful feedback are more valuable than achieving a high score.
