•Coordinate, with the Air Managers, Operational processes agreed between the Company and the Customer with the Colleagues at the Desk Level.
•Focus on providing the Air Managers resources that help in driving efficiencies and high performance from the team overall.
•Assist with Control Tower accounts implementation and adherence to processes in line with the agreed execution Standards and customer specific IOP’s.
•Support with the monitoring of Regional KPI’s and help the Air Managers, Leaders and Staff with resources to help with this.
•Work with Head of NAM Air Execution, NAM Air Subject Matter Expert and NAM Air Freight Managers on targeted supporting tasks as necessary/requested to support service delivery excellence.
•Support Air Subject Matter Expert with high level ownership of air freight process in NAM; including Air Freight IOP and processes.
•Raise up performance improvement opportunities with solution proposals.
We are looking for
•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in related business area is preferred
•2 years of experience of Airfreight process knowledge (preferred)
•High Tech or Automotive Vertical knowledge is a plus
•Customer centricity and interpersonal savvy
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Perseverant & action-oriented
•Collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
•Operations System knowledge
•English language proficiency
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
