Creator Manager

Role Overview You’ll be the operational engine behind a dedicated creator portfolio (~50 creators) — owning everything from sourcing and onboarding to post management, quality review, and reporting. This role is equal parts relationship-driven and systems-driven, and you’ll work closely with the Client Success team to keep programs running smoothly and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Creator Operations Own the full creator lifecycle — sourcing, contracting, briefing, posting, and off-boarding Manage timelines and deliverables across active programs so nothing falls through the cracks Serve as the primary point of contact for all creator questions and day-to-day communication

2. Creator Sourcing & Staffing Pull targeted shortlists from our existing community for new pilots, tests, and programs Reach out to eligible creators, track interest and availability, and coordinate handoffs Identify gaps in your roster and flag sourcing needs proactively

3. Post Management & Quality Review Track content submissions and ensure posts go live on time and per brief Review content for quality, brand alignment, and deliverable compliance Follow up with creators on revisions, missing assets, or off-brief content

4. Creator CRM Ownership Maintain accurate creator data (contact info, socials, niches, program history, eligibility) Keep tagging and organization sharp so creators can be sourced quickly Flag data gaps and own ongoing hygiene

5. Client Success Reporting Surface a clear, regular view of creator program status, post performance, and community health to the Client Success team Flag issues, risks, and wins proactively Translate operational detail into concise, client-ready updates

6. Creator Support & Issue Resolution Resolve the majority of creator issues independently — timelines, logistics, deliverables Maintain and improve FAQs and onboarding documentation over time Gather creator feedback and loop insights back to the internal team

What Success Looks Like

  • Programs run on time with minimal firefighting
  • Client Success has what they need before they have to ask
  • Creator content meets quality standards before it goes live
  • New programs can be staffed quickly from your existing creator portfolio
  • Creators feel supported, informed, and want to keep working with us
