Job Responsibilities (no experience necessary; training provided)
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your client companies/employers. Your goal is to maximize our production/revenues with your client companies by helping them to hire candidates we have recruited for them. You will do this by cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your clients, understanding their needs, and helping them to achieve the best possible results in their work with us.
Required Job Duties:
* Working within a collaborative team.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients.
* Having frequent, long, consultative phone discussions with your clients about their activities and needs.
* Gathering and understanding detailed information from your clients.
* Collaboratively formulating and executing strategies, both with clients and with the Skyrocket Team, to accomplish goals.
* Negotiating/mediating compensation packages between both companies and candidates.
* Finalizing candidates’ acceptances of employment offers, resulting in successful placements.
* Continually growing your network via referrals from happy clients.
Possible Additional Duties (if you are able and interested):
* Prospecting/selling client companies on working with you/us.
* Researching companies to identify prospective clients.
* Analyzing candidates’ qualifications and preferences in order to evaluate their fit with our client employers’ open positions.
* Finding and/or selecting candidates that may be of interest to our client companies.
* Contacting potential candidates and recruiting them (primarily with the phone, secondarily through email).
* Conducting phone interviews with candidates.
* Sending high volumes of recruiting emails to candidates.
* Selling candidates on the career advancement opportunities with our client companies.
* Anything else you or we can think of that will be beneficial.
