Software Merchant Inc. is offering the opportunity to develop work experience and earn commission in the booming industry of mobile technology development. This Entry-Level Technical Recruiter position will primarily focus on fulfilling staffing needs. You will leverage online tools like LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and Dice to connect with iOS Developers looking for mobile development job opportunities and place them with both our existing and new clients. The key metric for your job performance will be number of new and/or existing developers onboarded and placed, i.e. contracts written per month for staffing and placements.
Salary is structured from the above mentioned metrics. $30,000/year base salary, but with no commission cap, meaning for every candidate found/placement made, your salary will increase based on the commission-salary structure.

Core Job Responsibilities:
The core job duties and responsibilities of technical recruiter will be:
- Work with management team to align on strategy for onboarding of new mobile technology candidates.
- Create new connections with top-tier vendors, recruiting professionals, and recruiting account managers on daily/weekly basis. Find avenues to reach out to new clients who need iOS Developer talent and other staffing needs.
- Call our existing vendors to find out what opportunities they might have and provide candidates to fulfill the positions, as well as consistent communication with existing SMI employees to seek referrals from them for new potential developer candidates.
