Spread Da Luv Co. is seeking a highly responsible and mission‑driven leader to serve as our Director of Operations. This part‑time paid position is responsible for managing all day‑to‑day operations of the organization and ensuring continuity as the Founder transitions out of hands‑on responsibilities. The Director of Operations will oversee chapter performance, internal operations, training, onboarding, reporting, and partner engagement. This role requires strong leadership, independent decision‑making, and a commitment to mental health advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly check‑ins with chapter leads and provide ongoing support
• Review and manage monthly chapter reports and ensure accountability
• Lead internal training for chapter leaders, interns, and volunteers
• Oversee onboarding for individuals entering higher‑level roles
• Manage daily internal operations, workflows, and documentation
• Make routine and time‑sensitive decisions independently
• Implement strategic priorities set by the Founder and track progress
• Identify operational improvements and recommend solutions
• Attend board meetings and provide operational updates
• Meet with partners and external stakeholders on behalf of the organization
• Represent Spread Da Luv Co. at events, trainings, and conferences
• Travel to chapter locations as needed for operational support
Qualifications:
• Must be an upcoming senior or higher (or equivalent leadership experience)
• Experience in student organizations, nonprofits, or project management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
• Passion for mental health advocacy and community impact
• Ability to travel to chapter locations as required
Compensation:
• Monthly stipend of approximately $250
• Total compensation of approximately $3,000 for the full term
