Hi There, I work for an awesome company and we have several openings in the Massachusetts region (and nationwide). These are not door-to-door roles. I’m looking for some solid sales talent in a range of levels from newbies to seasoned professionals. We are a publicly traded, growing company with 14 years of experience being the biggest residential solar company in the US. These roles are base + commission positions.
RSA – You are new to sales and want to get your feet wet with a very good education. In-person position located in a Fortune 15 retail location. We will train you if you come with a good attitude. $40,000 (Base) -$80,000 (uncapped earning potential) and room for company growth.
FSC – You are a go-getter that can handle sales leads given to you and capable of finding your own. #Hunter Uncapped earning potential. Consultants on our Metro Boston South team are making $150,000-$300,000 and the average is making $100,000. The base is $20K. No sales experience required but highly preferred does not need to be industry-specific. This is a feel-good type of job because you’re doing good for the environment and working around quality people. We are the opposite of a cutthroat boiler room sales vibe. We offer world-class sales learning, a positive environment, remote sales, and in-person client relationships. Car stipend, gas card, excellent benefits.
Knowledge: The knowledge that you don’t know everything and the willingness to learn.
Skills: FSC role is best achieved with a working understanding of the computer. We use salesforce and will train you on it.
