We are hiring a Recruiter to bring the FIRE to this “production” base salary/commission-driven role.
Every day is a different day for our Clients to rely on us to support challenging Requirements that they can’t fill and/or don’t have the manpower to support. We are in a highly competitive space requiring us to act quickly and have clear, concise, communication with both Clients and Candidates. Our work requires you to be both proactive, reactive, and creative.
70% Phone work
Communication with Candidates vetting, negotiating, and presenting job opportunities Verbal Communicate with Clients to status, check-in, and move candidates along to the interview phase Written Communication to Clients and Candidates Execution of References to assure we are producing the best, brightest, and talented Candidates to our Client The input of Candidates/Clients information into CRM Cold Calling to locate new Clients Attend Company/Client related Events

Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and written Stellar Work Habits
1-3 years IT Recruitment experience, OR Computer Science and/or related degree preferred.
Prior Commission Sales a PLUS.
