Do you love technology, working with customers, managing programs/projects, and have interest in doing business around the globe? As a member of the Commercial Aviation team you will have the opportunity to work with our Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Mangers, customers, and a broad range of internal teams to run our growing customer base. You will get hands on experience for how to run a program, define/manage program requirements, business development, and program finances. Our customers are constantly evolving their business, modifying fleet needs, and receiving new software releases, you will participate in the product lifecycle from definition to customer deployment.
Our ideal candidate will have an obsession with customer satisfaction, loves building relationships, can operate in an ambiguous environment, and has a desire to apply their experience to manage a technical business. Responsibilities range from developing customer proposals, handling program financials, developing product requirements, supporting customer release testing, and participating in customer meetings.
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business related fields
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic proficiency working in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in Chinese or Spanish
- Previous work or internships experience in communications technology fields (cellular, satellite, or mobility services)
