Most people know of HSBC as a top career choice for finance professionals, but our graduate opportunities go far wider than that. Our Digital Business Services (DBS) division offers rewarding careers for business strategists, technologists, engineers and much more.
This programme gives you the opportunity to step into the shoes of a HSBC DBS team member. Across four tasks, you’ll try out the areas of Operations and Technology, developing key skills such as data analysis, project and process management, communication and presentation skills. You can choose to do all four, or just those focussing on the area that interests you. And don’t worry, a knowledge of coding isn’t required for the tech tasks. That’s not a prerequisite for a career in technology with us. We hope this programme is a useful resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential role at HSBC.
The programme does not form part of an official recruitment process. It has been designed to broaden and deepen your knowledge of the role/business area and help you decide whether this is a career path you’re keen to pursue. At the end of each task, you have the opportunity to compare your work against an example answer, furthering your learning and development.
