The Contracts Analyst will be responsible for monitoring service contracts to ensure contracts are managed efficiently and timely. Under the direction of the Director of Accounts Payable, this position will track service contracts for renewals, coordinate the H+H Supply Chain contracting process, compile documentation for new/amendment/renewal of service contracts, and perform annual evaluation of contracts. The Contracts Analyst will also assist the Chief Financial Officer with special projects as requested. The position offers independence to develop, organize, and manage contracts and inter-departmental projects to improve services for our patients.

Detailed Tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a tracking system, reports, and dashboard of service contracts.
- Works with CHS staff to assess contract needs and adjust contract language to meet requirements of CHS.
- Coordinates the H+H Supply Chain process and monitors timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Confers with requestors to develop and prepare assigned contracts and agreements, and develop language for RFPs in consultation with H+H Supply Chain.
- Facilitates vendor accountability exercise to validate quality of service provided in accordance with the scope of work.
- Responds to questions concerning the interpretation, requirements, terms and limitations of contracts and legal agreements.
- Assures that all documents are completed in accordance with established policies, regulations and quality standards.
- Performs ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
- Two years of experience in business, government, hospital, educational or a non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems and sub-systems. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
- A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration or approved related fields from an accredited college or university may be equated to a maximum of one year of related experience; or,
- A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
