Program Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2024-Fall 2026
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20-40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

How We Lead:
Tech Workspaces runs AV/VC for the global technology organization. This includes ownership of Zoom technology, which includes Zoom workspaces, Video Conferencing, Broadcasting, Contact Center, and Telephony.
How You’ll Create:
- • Daily Support and Troubleshooting
• Address day-to-day AV issues and troubleshooting tasks
• Provide knowledge in supporting AV/VC equipment, transmitters, receivers, and other AV peripherals
• Updated on the latest trends and advancements in AV over IP solutions
• Support Zoom Technology project activities and troubleshooting and User Support of Zoom Rooms and General Zoom inquiries
•Monitoring of events
