CIRRO is a leading e-commerce fulfillment service provider that offers comprehensive, high-standard, and customized supply chain solutions, especially on warehouse services and cargo transportation. Currently, there are over 4,000 active customers and operates using our fulfillment service over 30 fulfillment centers. We keep improving the construction of warehouse automation and distribution systems to accommodate the future expansion of our clients’ cross-border e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:
- Attend rotation job in different departments, positions; learn business and operation of company, understand and adhere to company policies and procedures and industry regulations and compliance standards;
- Shadow experienced managers and executives to observe their decision-making processes and leadership styles; Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels and learn to conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records;
- Gain hands-on experience in order picking, packing, and shipping processes; Work closely with other members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment;
- Undergo periodic evaluations to assess progress and identify areas for improvement and receive feedback from mentors and supervisors;
- Attend different kinds of training and activities, to supplement management knowledge and skills; Prepare for presentation of projects, motivate team collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or management.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese required; Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer, including office software such as office, can quickly learn how to use warehousing-related systems;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to bear pressure, potential in business operation thinking, great foresight and decision-making ability.

Pay: From $23.00 – 28.00 per hour
